Blugenics Innovations Inc. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. A replacement shipment will NOT be sent out until the original has been returned to and received by us.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be charged a fee of up to $25 to cover the return shipping and redelivery costs. If the customer decides not to pay this fee, then we will refund their order, and a note will be made that the fee is to be paid before any subsequent order will be released.
